All orders placed on www.accentandco.com are processed within 2-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
✨ Shipping Timelines
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the method selected:
CANADA: 3-10 business days (Standard Shipping)
USA: 4-12 business days (Standard Shipping)
We currently only ship within North America.
✨ Modifying Your Shipping Address
Yes, we can update your shipping address before your order has shipped. Please email us at info@accentandco.com using the subject line:
Address Correction: [Order Number]
Include your updated address in the email.
Once the order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
✨ Cancel an Order
To cancel your order before it ships, contact us at info@accentandco.com with the subject line:
Order Cancellation: [Order Number]
Please include your reason for cancellation.
Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may return the product upon delivery by following our Return Instructions.
✨ Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@accentandco.com using the subject line:
Damaged Product: [Order Number]
Attach clear photos of the damaged item.
We'll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
✨ Received the Wrong Item
If you received the wrong product, email us at info@accentandco.com with the subject line:
Incorrect Order: [Order Number]
Include a description and/or photos of what you received, and we'll resolve it quickly.
✨ Tracking Says Delivered, But I Didn't Get It
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package:
1. Wait 24-48 hours - couriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.
2. Contact the courier for additional info (they may be able to confirm where the package was scanned).
Please ensure your delivery address is secure. Accent & Co. is not responsible for stolen packages.
✨ Online Orders
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item(s) are in original condition and packaging.
✨ How to Return
1. Email info@accentandco.com with the subject line:
Refund Request: [Order Number]
Include the item(s) and reason for return.
2. If approved, we'll send you a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item).
3. Once received, please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be processed.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A tracking number must be provided.

✨ In-Store Purchases
We offer exchanges or store credit within 15 days of purchase, provided the item(s) are in original condition and packaging. Please visit us in-store to process your exchange.
